- Off-limit clause in which we forbid ourselves to actively approach employees of your company during a period of 1 year;
- Free replacement clause which means that if during a period of 6 months after being hired, the chosen candidate terminates the engagement on his/her initiative or if the client company terminates the engagement on their initiative, ProfilerConsulting shall seek a replacement for the same function at no cost whatsoever.
